Murfies began as a space to experiment — with ingredients, techniques, and ideas borrowed from dessert kitchens around the world.

Some days that looks like reworking a classic. Some days it’s testing a new flavour combination. Often, it’s simply learning how small changes affect texture. What stays constant is intention.

Before you order

How long do the brownies stay fresh?

Our brownies stay fresh for up to 15 days when stored at room temperature in their original packaging. No refrigeration needed. No preservatives added.

How are the brownies shipped?

We ship PAN India via express delivery. Orders typically take 3–5 days, depending on location. Each box is carefully hand-packed in a rigid hamper box so the brownies travel safely.

Do the brownies contain eggs or nuts?

Yes. Our brownies are made with eggs. Flavours also contain nuts (ex: walnut, almond, hazelnut) . Please check individual product descriptions if you have allergies.

Do I need to reheat the brownies?

No, reheating isn’t necessary. The brownies are designed to be enjoyed at room temperature.

If you prefer them warm, you can gently heat them for a 5 seconds at low power — but it’s entirely optional.

Can I customise my brownie box?

You can build your own box by choosing any combination of our available flavours. We are happy to add custom hand written notes (just add the message during checkout).

At the moment, we don’t offer custom flavours or special modifications, so we can maintain consistency across every batch.

Do you accept returns or refunds?

Because our brownies are perishable, we do NOT accept returns.

However, if there’s an issue with your order — such as damage during transit — please whatsapp us with details and photos, and we’ll look into it promptly.
